Our Core Values

What are Core Values?  Core values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization. These guiding principles dictate behavior and can help people understand the difference between right and wrong. These are our core values as a retirement apartment community.

GOD FIRST  

Jesus is at the center of our values and decisions

NO GOSSIP 

If you are talking to someone that cannot fix the issue, it is gossip. Take the negative to the leader and let them make it a positive.

INTEGRITY

The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.  Honesty, honor, character, ethics, decency, fairness, trustworthiness, truthfulness, sincerity and more.

COMPASSION 

Showing kindness, caring, and a willingness to help others.

​

BE A TEAM PLAYER

Being someone who cares more about helping a group or team to succeed than about his or her individual success.

OPTIMISM 

To be hopeful and to think of the good in every situation. To look at the sunny side of everything.

QUALITY 

It is quality that matters not quantity.  Quality is a measure of excellence in the job that you are performing.  The quality is the pride of your workmanship.

PATIENCE  

One has to have the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset.

COMMUNICATION  

Is a means of connecting people and places.  It has to be a key function of our organization.   We cannot operate without communication between levels, departments and employees.

Going the extra mile to make sure that our residents and staff are taken care of.  We do this through encouraging words, positive feedback, being at work, and helpful deeds.
